Refund Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving an item. Contact us before returning anything so eligibility can be confirmed and a prepaid return label can be provided. The merchant covers approved return shipping and does not charge a restocking fee.

Returned items should include their parts and be in a condition suitable for inspection. Rights relating to damaged, defective, or incorrect goods are not reduced. Report those issues promptly with order details and photographs when available.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Payment providers commonly require 5–10 business days to post the credit. Orders may be canceled before shipment; after dispatch, the return process applies.
